These terms apply to your use of the Glasscade website, analytics, research, data exports, and related materials.

Informational use only
Glasscade provides research and analytics for informational purposes. Nothing on the site is investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, compliance, or credit advice, an offer or solicitation, or a recommendation to transact in any product.
Analytics limitations
Blockchain and issuer-supplied data may be incomplete, delayed, revised, misclassified, or affected by contract changes. Source events do not always equal consumer card payments. Addresses are not necessarily people, and market address totals may not be deduplicated across programs. Activity measured at authorization, clearing, settlement, funding, or top-up stages is not interchangeable.
No public resilience rating
Glasscade does not currently publish a resilience rating opinion for any institution or program. Research profiles marked NR or NR-LAUNCH are not adverse opinions and have no ordinal meaning. Product facts and operating relationships must not be interpreted as a credit rating, safety certification, or prediction of future performance.
Sources and corrections
Glasscade uses public blockchain data, official materials, partner datasets, direct submissions, and third-party services. Attribution and interpretation remain subject to correction. Material methodology is described on the Methodology page. Corrections can be requested through the official Glasscade X account.
Permitted use
You may view, link to, and quote limited portions of public materials with clear attribution. You may not misrepresent Glasscade data, remove source or limitation notices, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, overload APIs, or use the service unlawfully. Separate permission may be required for systematic redistribution or commercial data products.
No warranty
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glasscade disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glasscade is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the site, unavailable or incorrect data, third-party services, security incidents, or decisions made using the materials.
Changes
Glasscade may update the service and these terms. The current revision date appears above. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to subsequent use.
